In the course of the sitting it was declared that insufficient implementation of the technologies and innovation by business caused reduce of the competitive ability of the modern production within the world markets.
In the recommendations of the hearings that were conducted in Dnipropetrovsk on 5 October 20009, they emphasised the necessity to implement the decisions of the Council on National Security and Defense of Ukraine from 21 November 2008 "Right and Protection of the Intellectual Property and Its Significance Strengthening in the Formation of the National Safety"
The cabinet of Ministers is recommended to elaborate and submit for the Parliamentary scrutiny the bills aimed at the improvement of the legislation in the sphere of intellectual property.
